Healing from what they told us we had to be and what we should present. Ministry for me just can’t be parading around convincing you and I that I’m holy enough to “change ya life”. I only know ONE who can. Tearing down the walls of pride is an ongoing battle for me. Really figuring out how much of “this” is for God and people and how much is for me is a continued question in my heart. And for me the answering isn’t necessarily to stop. But it’s to be AWARE of what it all is and label it correctly. It’s to stop this foolishness about my truth being a stumbling block for YOU. If it were then we should have left everyone else’s mistakes out the Bible. I won’t fear that I’m encouraging your sin habit by pretending I don’t have one. Can’t we all admit... we want more than ever to be like our savior and we also crave to be like US. And I don’t want to hear it from those who’ve cleaned up the “big sins” so feel worthy enough that their holiness exempts them from this state that I’m in. That we’re all in... It’s safe to say I’m a work on progress that is THANKFUL. THANKFUL for grace, mercy and his process of sanctification, healing and perfecting. But first.... TRUTH

I have a family. A community of Jesus lovers. We’re venerable together. We pray together. Laugh Together ( it’s epic). Cry together.
